Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PinLore(the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Eversight("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

PinLore is a collector utility for Disney trading pins. The App uses image analysis and market context to help identify pins, summarize visible condition signals, estimate value ranges, and save collection or wishlist records.

3. No Professional Appraisal or Authentication

Identification results, value estimates, condition notes, and other information provided by the App are generated for reference only. They are not professional appraisals, formal valuations, authentication certificates, or guarantees of authenticity. For high-value, insurance, legal, resale, or authenticity decisions, consult qualified experts.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not interfere with, damage, disable, overload, or impair the App or its systems.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or related services.
• Not use the App to infringe upon intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Not submit harmful, offensive, illegal, or misleading content through the App.

5. Paid Features and App Store Purchases

PinLore may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Any App Store purchase is handled by Apple, and the following terms apply where relevant:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, software, and content created by us, is owned by Eversight and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and images you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze that content solely to provide pin identification, value guidance, collection organization, support, and related app functionality.

8. Third-Party Names and Content

PinLore is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Apple Inc., or any marketplace, auction house, or third-party listing source. Third-party names, characters, brands, trademarks, and listing data may appear only for identification, reference, comparison, or compatibility purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT IDENTIFICATION RESULTS OR VALUE ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERSIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eversight and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or connected with your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access creates legal, security, operational, or user safety risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
